PURPOSE:To provide a new means reducing a switching loss of any device in the actual voltage switching class D power amplifier circuit not in the ideal state. CONSTITUTION:In the class D power amplifier circuit where a resonance system including an inductor L, a capacitor C and a load R is connected to a connecting point between switching elements Q1, Q2 having input capacitors Ci1, Ci2, output capacitors Co1, Co2 and an on-resistance and alternately switched by a high frequency terminal voltage of nearly a trapezoid, just after the terminal voltage or the switching elements changes from a high voltage into a low voltage, let a cross point between a straight line in parallel with a time base axis passing through a 1st point where a time differentiation coefficient of the terminal voltage is nearly zero and a line extended from a descending oblique side of a terminal voltage wave be a 2nd point, then a point of a phase where an output current flowing to a load between phases at the 1st and 2nd points is zero is designed to be in existence. |
