PURPOSE: A farnesyl dendrimer compound and its preparation method are provided, which farnesyl dendrimer compound contains a siloxane tetramer at the center and has a remarkably improved functional groups on the surface. CONSTITUTION: The farnesyl dendrimer compound is prepared by dissolving G1P-12Cl, farnesol and TMEDA in toluene and stirring them for 2 hours; adding pentane to the reaction mixture to remove the HCl-TMEDA salt by filtration and removing the solvent and TMEDA; and purifying the product by silica gel column chromatography, to obtain the farnesyl dendrimer compound represented by the formula 2. Also the farnesyl dendrimer compound represented by the formula 3 is prepared by using G2P-36Cl instead of G1P-12Cl; the farnesyl dendrimer compound represented by the formula 4 is prepared by using G3P-108Cl instead of G1P-12Cl.
