PURPOSE: An automatic pipe forming machine is provided to produce a large amount of long pipes formed in desired shape and appearance by gradually bending a metal flat sheet, and a pipe manufacturing method using the automatic pipe forming machine is provided. CONSTITUTION: The automatic pipe forming machine comprises a workpiece supply part(10) for supplying workpiece to be formed; a workpiece transfer part(20) for transferring the workpiece supplied through the workpiece supply part(10) into forming machine; a workpiece setting part(30) for setting the workpiece so that the workpiece transferred from the workpiece transfer part(20) is transferred to its regular position without left and right twists; a workpiece forming part(40) for sequentially bending the workpiece set in the workpiece setting part(30); a juncture pressing part(50) for pressing the outer circumferential surface of the workpiece formed in the workpiece forming part(40); a welding part(60) for welding a juncture part of the workpiece; and a discharge part(70) for transferring a completed pipe to the outside, wherein the workpiece forming part(40) comprises first forming part(40a), second forming part(40b), third forming part(40c) and fourth forming part(40d) so that bending lines of the workpiece to be bent are sequentially formed by the forming parts(40a to 40d).
