PURPOSE: A prestressed concrete beam is provided to construct a bridge easily and safely. CONSTITUTION: The prestressed concrete beam contains a PC(prestressed concrete) steel wire(12) applied with tensile force and buried in the downward curved shape in a beam(10), and a secondary PC steel wire(14) applied with tensile force and buried in the upper side of the beam(10). After removing the tensile force of the secondary PC steel wire, the tensile force is applied on the PC steel wire(12) to the maximum.
