PURPOSE: An accessory and a production method thereof are provided, which beauty is doubled by sealing a blood member in a transparent material to avoid coagulation. CONSTITUTION: A decoration member(10) is made from a transparent material and has an opened portion(11). A block member(20) is joined to the opened portion(11) of the decoration member(10) by an ultrasonic machining unit to form a storage space, is made from a transparent material and has a filler opening(21). A blood member is injected through the filler opening(21) of the block member(20), is stored in a liquid state in the storage space and is added with anticoagulant. A sealing member(30) seals the filler opening(21) so as to avoid the blood member from leaking through the filler opening(21).
