PURPOSE: A tumbler pen is provided to prevent accidental falling of the pen, thus preventing the loss thereof by always maintaining a standing fixed state, and to improve the convenience of gripping even when being used for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The tumbler pen comprises an elastic gripping member having a wholly ball shape, which is formed along a center axis thereof with an inner perforated longitudinal bore in a body(111). One end of the perforated longitudinal bore is provided with a weight member(112) for enabling tumbling movements of the pen. The gripping member is elastically returned to its original shape even after being constricted during gripping. The pen further comprises a pen member inserted and fixed into the perforated longitudinal bore.
