PURPOSE: A multipurpose vegetation block is provided to vegetate on a wall without using an additional anchor unit and to reduce the cost and period of construction for a retaining wall. CONSTITUTION: The multipurpose vegetation block(10) comprises upper and lower concrete slabs(100,200) placed at regular intervals, many soil materials(300) and many stiffeners(400) placed between the upper and lower concrete slabs(100,200) in turn, a vegetation mat(500) placed on one side formed by the soil materials(300) and the stiffeners(400), and many binders(600) binding the upper and lower concrete slabs(100,200), the soil materials(300) and the stiffeners(400), compressing the soil materials(300) not to lose and fixing the upper and lower ends of the vegetation mat(500).
