PURPOSE: Provided are a skate blade fixing apparatus and a shock absorbing apparatus thereof, by which a user freely moves the center of gravity to improve speed and add driving force to increase acceleration force. CONSTITUTION: The skate blade fixing apparatus includes a frame(3) to fix a skate blade(1) at the lower end; brackets(40,50) attached to the front and rear part of the skate shoe sole by fastening devices(99); and a vertically movable bracket(60). The upper part of the fixing apparatus is bonded to the brackets(40,50) and the lower part of the fixing apparatus has a plurality of vertical moving holes(61) to be bonded to a plurality of forward and backward moving holes(30) formed on the frame(3).
