PURPOSE: A process of preparing a cosmetic skin cream using badger fat regenerating a hydro-lipoid membrane of dermal tissue is provided. Therefore, the skin cream is effective in shielding harmful oxygen species and harmful ultraviolet-rays and in inhibiting moisture evaporation and the formation of unwanted skin pigmentation and can be applied to the aged and dry skin or the like. CONSTITUTION: To make a cosmetic skin cream using badger fat containing palmitic acid, 50 to 150g badger fat is blended with 200 to 500g vaseline oil and 30 to 80g natural honey syrup. Thereafter, the mixture is added with apricot kernel oil, illite, ascorbic acid, tocopherol, retinol and an extract of aromatic plants such as Acorus gramineus Soland.
