MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FUNCTIONAL COTTON WHICH DUST TICKS AND GERMS CANNOT INHABIT

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of functional cotton which dust ticks and germs cannot inhabit is characterized by having a silver antibacterial agent and mixing charcoal with an acrylic adhesive. The functional cotton is capable of having antibacterial property and deodorization, radiating anion and having bactericidal effect. The functional cotton is useful for bedclothes and a mat. CONSTITUTION: The functional cotton is obtained by the steps of: putting 100g of silver powder into a dissolving bath, followed by dissolving the powder; dissolving 50g of tin chloride into 50ml of hydrochloric acid and 150ml of nitric acid; putting slowly dissolved material into the dissolving bath, and simultaneously heating the bath to dissolve the silver; melting 100g of zinc oxide into 1000ml of caustic soda(PH13); putting the dissolved material into a silver salt solution, followed by stirring the material to make the material having PH7.5; dissolving 2g of palladium chloride into 3000ml of water; mixing the palladium chloride solution with the material to manufacture the silver antibacterial agent; dissolving 50ml of the silver solution into 1000ml of an acrylic resin(solid 40%), followed by mixing the material with 2000ml of water; mixing 100g of the charcoal; and then spraying 2kg of cotton(2m x 2m x 3cm) with the adhesive, followed by drying the cotton.
