KNITTING METHOD OF KNITTED GOODS CONTAINING SPANDEX KNIT-YARN AND DEVICE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A knitting method and a knitting device of knitted goods containing spandex knit-yarn are characterized by forming pull stitch by a special knitting process. The pull stitch is knitted out of the spandex knitting-yarn. The knitted goods are characterized by having an uneven back side and having a flat front side. CONSTITUTION: The knitting method thereof comprises the steps of: (a first rotation) knitting into main knit-yarn by a third rotation of a vertical needle(V) elevated by a knitting converter(10) and pulling the main knit-yarn to form the pull stitch; (a second rotation) knitting the spandex knit-yarn on the pull stitch and not knitting the main knit-yarn; and then (a connecting step) connecting the spandex knit-yarn on the second rotation with the pull stitch formed on the first rotation. The knitting device thereof is comprised of: the knitting converter(10); a slide hole(17) perforated on a fixed frame(14); a return shaft(12) set on the slide hole(17) of the fixed frame(14); a slope converting cam(11) fixed in front of the return shaft(12); a guide(15) fixed on a side of the fixed frame(14); a regulating wire tap(16) stuck on an end of the fixed frame(14) and connected with an end of the return shaft(12); and a return spring(13) connected between the return shaft(12) and the fixed frame(14).
