PURPOSE: A playing device using magnetism of permanent magnet, which needs no electric power and has a simple construction, is provided to play soccer games and thereby enjoy dynamic feeling as if playing a real game. CONSTITUTION: The playing device using magnetism of permanent magnet includes a control unit(10) which comprises a rotary controller(11) at one end and a rotary mass(15) at the other end and a rotary magnetic disc(13) on the rotary mass(15); a operation unit(20) which comprises a footboard(24) and an attaching part and an operation part and a connecting load(22); and a playing board(30).
