PURPOSE: A device for emergently recovering a discharged cell phone is provided to use a connector capable of connecting a charged cell phone and the discharged cell phone in both directions, so as to recover the discharged cell phone through power of the charged cell phone. CONSTITUTION: In a discharged cell phone(10), a discharged cell phone battery is connected to one side thereof and a connector part to which a positive pole and a negative pole of the discharged cell phone battery are connected is formed in one portion. In a charged cell phone(20), a charged cell phone battery is connected to one side thereof and a connector part to which a positive pole and a negative pole of the charged cell phone battery are connected is formed in one portion. A connector linking line(33) in which a linking hook capable of linking a string to both connector parts of the cell phones(10,20) is formed in one portion connects connector terminals(32) arranged in both ends of the cell phones(10,20) among the same poles. That is, the positive poles and the negative poles of the cell phones(10,20) are respectively connected with each other, to charge the discharged cell phone battery by using power of the charged cell phone battery.
