PURPOSE: A cart-type trunk with baby seat is provided to carry many pieces of luggage safely without another cart and to move with a relatively light-weighted infant or an old person seated on the trunk. CONSTITUTION: The cart-type trunk includes a trunk body(10) which contains clothes; a seat(11) with fixed hinges on both sides of the trunk which is opened and closed to support an infant; a body frame(20) which is fixed to the undersurface and backside of the trunk body(10) to support the trunk body(10); rollers(21,31) in each corner of the undersurface; a grip(22) which is drawn or pushed; and an expansible frame(30) in the inner sides of the body frame(20) in which the body frame is expanded to be parallel with the ground.
