PURPOSE: A double safety valve for supplying air into a breeding cage for experimental animal is provided to uniformly supply aseptic air and to completely prevent the contamination of the cage. CONSTITUTION: The double safety valve comprises an outer valve(46) having a spring(45) mounted inside a valve body(43) by means of a sleeve(47), and an inner valve(42) mounted at the opposite side of the outer valve. The outer and inner valves are fixed by a fixing bolt(41) and a fixing nut(48). The spring is adapted to be compressed by the pressure of a silicone rod(63) connected to a spring(64) of an air nozzle pipe(62). According to the compression of the spring, the outer valve is opened while moving into the valve body, and the inner valve is pushed into a box(30) so as to be opened.
