PURPOSE: A biomolecule transduction peptide SIM2-BTM and biotechnological products including the same are provided, thereby effectively transferring an interest material in vivo or in vitro to cytoplasm or nucleus of eukaryotic or prokaryotic cells via various pathway. CONSTITUTION: A peptide having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 is provided. A peptide having the amino acid sequence in which 1 to 3 amino acids in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 are substituted by structurally and functionally similar amino acids is provided, wherein the amino acid having similar structure and function to the original amino acid is selected from arginine, lysine and alanine. A peptide having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 or the amino acid sequence in which 1 to 3 amino acids in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 are substituted by structurally and functionally similar amino acids is fused with or chemically or physiologically coupled with an interest protein, wherein the interest protein is at least one homologous or heterologous proteins relating to bio-stimulating control of a cell in vivo or in vitro. The interest protein-coupled peptide is transferred to cytoplasm or nucleus of eukaryotic or prokaryotic cells via intramuscular, intraperitoneal, intravein, oral, nasal, subcutaneous, intradermal, mucosal or inhale injection pathways.
