FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to prophylactic nutrition and biologically active food supplements. Biologically active food supplement represents coniferous chlorophyll-carotene paste with mass part of chlorophyll derivatives 600-1 000 mg/1000 g of dry paste; carotene, 20-45 mg/100 g of dry paste; wax-like substances, 5-10% and volatile substance, 1.5-3.0%. Invention allows expanding assortment of biologically active food supplements eliciting adaptogenic and detoxifying properties. Biologically active supplement allows the enhancement nonspecific resistance of body, to compensate deficiency for lipid-soluble vitamins and provitamins, essential macroelements and trace elements including calcium and zinc.
