UNDERWATER DRILLING AND MINERAL MINING COMPLEX, METHOD OF ITS INSTALLATION AND ITS CONTROL SYSTEM

摘要

FIELD: exploitation of underwater deposits of mainly liquid and gaseous mineral resources under arctic conditions, installation of underwater process complexes for performance of work by method of cluster drilling irrespective of weather conditions and presence of ice cover. SUBSTANCE: method includes engagement of bottom plate with wellhead connectors to which X-mass tree structure is secured through means of leakproof joint by aligning of releasable connections. Secured to X-mass tree through leakproof joint with regulation of height by compensator. Then well is drilled by giving commands from panel of drilling ship control post. Upon completion of drilling, lowered into well through drilling equipment and X-mass tree structure is pipe support unit above which channel unit is arranged in X-mass tree structure. Drilling equipment is dismantled. EFFECT: reduced labor input in complex installation due to its simple design and reduced time of its installation. 4 cl, 4 dwg
