FIELD: textile industry; applicable in bleaching or dyeing of wool- containing textile materials. SUBSTANCE: method includes washing of materials in water, washing in solution containing lipase, and subsequent washing in solution containing protease and nonionic surfactant. Lipase is used in form of Lipolase 100L EX in concentration of 0.003-0.03 g/l, and protease, in form of Alcalase 2.5L DX in concentration of 0.003-0.03 g/l. EFFECT: optimal effect in cleaning of fibers from impurities, and maximum preservation of wool fibers physico-mechanical properties and feel at lower temperatures of washing and minimal damage to wool fibers. 1 tbl
