PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof under-roofing material with a pressure sensitive self-adhesive layer, having excellent work efficiency and good adhesion of an overlap part to attain excellent waterproof performance. SOLUTION: An acrylic resin layer 1, a mineral plant granular powder layer 2, a base material layer 3 formed of a fiber sheet impregnated with modified asphalt, a modified asphalt layer 4, a pressure sensitive self-adhesive layer 5, and a separation layer 6 are sequentially stacked, and the granular powder of the mineral plant granular powder layer 2 is fixed by the acrylic resin layer 1.
