摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a serial compensation device, a serial parallel compensation device, a phase adjustment power electronic equipment model used for the power flow calculation of a non-grounded system three phase power distributing system. <P>SOLUTION: A serial compensation device is connected in series in relation to a power distribution system, and continuously controls while keeping a secondary side voltage of a first line to be in the same phase as that of a primary side voltage so as to eliminate deviation between the primary side voltage of the first line among three phases and a target value of the secondary side voltage, and, of the other second and third lines, continuously controls while keeping the secondary side voltage of the second line to be in the same phase as that of the primary side voltage. According to the voltage ration between the primary side voltage of the first line and the primary side voltage of the first line, wherein the serial compensation device is constructed such that it is controlled so as to agree with the target value of the secondary side voltage, the deviation is taken as a compensation quantity, the secondary side voltage using variable impedance determined from the voltage compensation quantity and a primary current at the location where the serial compensation device is installed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
