<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a misoperation by an operator from occurring with respect to a selective operation and closing/opening operations of circuit breakers in the transmission/stoppage of a power transmission line. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for recognizing the transmission/stoppage of an electric power system, a system connecting diagram having a plurality of substations A to C where each of substations A to C is connected by transmission lines 1L, 2L via circuit breakers a<SB>1</SB>, a<SB>2</SB>, b<SB>1</SB>, b<SB>2</SB>, c<SB>1</SB>and c<SB>2</SB>situated at each of substations A to C in an electric power system having the plurality of substations A to C, is shown on a display screen 1, and a transmission line 1L or 2L which comes to a transmission/ stoppage state is detected by closing/opening operations of circuit breakers based on the screen display. In order to put the transmission line 1L to stoppage, among the circuit breakers a<SB>1</SB>, a<SB>2</SB>, b<SB>1</SB>, b<SB>2</SB>, c<SB>1</SB>and c<SB>2</SB>for respective substations A to C prior to closing/opening the operation of a circuit breaker a<SB>1</SB>to determine the power failure of the transmission line 1L, when performing the selective operation of the circuit breaker a<SB>1</SB>on the display screen 1, the display of the transmission line 1L, which is scheduled to be shut down by closing/opening operations after the selective operation, is macte to flash, thereby giving an advance display. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
