PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce data volume for specifying an objective area, and to assign the area to retrieve customer information quickly and accurately within the area, when retrieving the plurality of customer informations within the area. SOLUTION: This system for retrieving the customer information within the specific area is provided with a map information database, a GPS information database corresponding thereto, a specific area information database in which the specific area is formed into an area surrounded by a polygon so as to be stored while correlated to an apex-of-polygon GPS point, and a customer information database wherein an address of a customer is correlated to an latitude and a longitude, and the address of the customer is displayed as a point on a map together with an actual area border-line, when the latitude and the longitude corresponding to the address of the customer exists in the vicinity of a border-line in the polygon.
