PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetic compressor which efficiently cools an electric motor part. SOLUTION: A plurality of vertical through holes 23 are provided in an iron core 8a of a rotor part 8, and a fin 24, respectively introducing to the through hole refrigerant gas guided to a lower part of an electric motor chamber 4 by rotating this rotor part, is provided in a lower side in each of the through holes, so that a refrigerant stagnated as in the past in the lower part of the electric motor chamber 4 is returned to its upper part through the through hole, consequently, the refrigerant is made so as to circulate in a stator and the rotor part, and an electric motor part is efficiently cooled.
