PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive fuel supply device that eliminates complication of work in changing a fuel tank and has low manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A sub tank 5 having a built-in fuel pump 7 is disposed between a main tank 2 and a delivery pipe 13, the main tank 2 and the sub tank 5 are communicated with each other through a high-pressure hose 3 attachable to or detachable from at least the main tank 2, a delivery port 7a of the fuel pump 7 is communicated with an inlet 13a of the delivery pipe 13, an outlet 13b of the delivery pipe 13 is communicated with a pressure regulator 16, and excess fuel after pressure control of the pressure regulator 16 is returned into the sub tank 5. Therefore, an inexpensive fuel supply device that allows easy change of a fuel tank (main tank) even in a forklift truck having a liquid phase fuel injection type engine and has low manufacturing cost is provided.
