PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent absorption of planting soil or filling on the back due to rainwater and running water and provide low tree greening product and surface permanent greening product and a constructing method therefor in a concrete product for maintaining planting in environment used in end dam for river revetment, road, and residential land development or irrigation canal and drainage canal. SOLUTION: A rough surface recessed and projecting decorative face 1 is formed by mixing plant pieces into surface concrete of the product, and round through holes 2 of about 30 to 50 mm are provided in important parts. A cutting is planted here to keep shaped while restraining a trunk, facilitate growing thick of moss and algae, form a knot 8 in an old tree, and break the trunk by wind and running water in order to provide a means for permanent greening by low trees.
