A tear-off opening device for drink cans has a tab (1) with a grip device (2) for tearing and a shaped lamina secured underneath the lid (6). The lamina is able to change from a first stable configuration in which it is drawn up underneath the tab (1) when the can is closed, through to a final stable configuration with the tab entirely pulled back, in which, with the extraction completed, the lamina constitutes a stable spout (8).
