PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-supply outlet structure for a supply and exhaust type kitchen ventilator with excellent fume collecting efficiency. SOLUTION: In this supply and exhaust type kitchen ventilator (1), an air curtain is formed by blowing off supply air to surround the circumference of cooking stoves (5), (5)..., and smoke, etc., is exhausted outside with the supply air.
