PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection method for a rotating electric machine, which can raise the utilization factor of DC link voltage by dividing a neutral point. SOLUTION: In a rotating electric machine which has a plurality of rotors driven by a composite current, when a power source for supplying a composite current and the rotating electric machines are connected by N pieces of power supply cables, the pairs of M1 pieces of power supply cables such as that the sum total of the currents becomes zero out of the n pieces of the power supply cables are selected by M2 pairs (M2>2), and coils of the rotating electric machine connected to the power supply cables in each pair of them are connected with each other, and are not connected to the coils in other pairs.
