PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered evaporator capable of being miniaturized by thinning a refrigerant pipe while reducing a refrigerant pressure loss of the layered evaporator, and reducing costs. SOLUTION: A first side refrigerant passage 3 is formed on a refrigerant inlet and outlet side face part 101F of a layered flat tube 2, a second side refrigerant passage 102 is formed on an upper part of the other side face part 101B, and a third side refrigerant passage 102 is mounted at a lower part. A first partitioning part 118 is mounted on a first lower tank part 41 of the layered flat tube 2, and a second partitioning part 119 is mounted on a second upper tank part 32. The first partitioning part 118 and the second partitioning part 119 respectively divide the first lower tank part 41 and the second upper tank part 32 in such manner that a ratio of the number of flat tubes n4 at the refrigerant inlet and outlet side face part 101F side and the number of flat tubes n3 at the other side face part 101B side becomes approximately 2:1.
