PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating mechanism which easily and rapidly copes with the design change and repair of a panel part forming an operating part, and is favorable with respect to a cost. SOLUTION: This operating mechanism comprises the operating part 25 for setting a cooking menu and an electronic unit 27 disposed on the rear side of the operating part 25 and having circuit boards 44 and 45 with a plurality of switches and electronic components mounted thereon. The operating part 25 comprises a panel board 29 forming a panel part 26 and an outer frame part 28 forming the outer periphery of the panel boards 29.
