PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing molded plate and a fixing method for a vegetation vessel or a block being fixed simply without damaging a waterproof sheet and being capable of being fixed firmly. SOLUTION: The fixing molded plate and the fixing method for holding the vegetation vessel for greening or the block on the waterproof sheet laid on a flat roof, a sloped roof or the like composed of a resin-coated steel plate, which is bent in an approximately L shape and the angle of a bend of which can be adjusted, are provided.
