PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously perform access to non-real time data without hindering access to real time data. SOLUTION: This data input/output device is provided with a data input/ output bus 2 for simultaneously inputting/outputting two kinds of data, the real time data and the non-real time data and a processor 5 for controlling width of a use band to be used for input/output of the non-real time data for preferentially securing a use band of the data input/output bus 2 to be used for input/output of the real time data to the use band of the data input/output bus 2 to be used for input/output of the non-real time data when two kinds of data are simultaneously inputted/outputted.
