PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical vibration isolating device which can advantageously improve a spring constant in the pinch direction while securing sufficient use durability. SOLUTION: On an upper end face and a lower end face of a rubber elastic body 1 connecting an inner shaft member 12 to an outer cylindrical member 14 separated from each other in the radial direction a first gap part 38 and a second gap part 40 extending from each of the end faces in the axial direction, respectively, are provided at both side portions in the radial direction with the inner shaft member 12 between them, and the first gap part 38 is constituted with a large capacity with a large width in the radial direction, while the second gap part 40 is constituted of a small capacity having a small width in the radial direction, and on at least either one of the inner shaft member 12 and the outer cylindrical member 14, an extension part 32 extending in the radial direction for making the distance between them small is integrally provided.
