PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid tank structure for a liquid tank with an extremely simple structure, always securing a necessary liquid level in a liquid supply chamber and assuring compete combustion of a lamp oil in an oil heater by completely linking the little-by-little resupply of a liquid from a liquid storage chamber to a liquid supply chamber with the drop of the liquid level in the liquid supply chamber, and an oil heater using the same. SOLUTION: The liquid tank structure comprises the liquid storage chamber 12 consisting of an outside closeable circular room and the liquid supply chamber 13 consisting of an inside circular small room. The liquid supply chamber has a circular opening portion 14 for consuming a liquid and the liquid supply chamber is communicated with the liquid storage chamber via a pair of communication pipes 18A, 18B. The upper-side communication pipe 18A is provided in inclination so that its outward end reaches the upper part of the liquid storage chamber. It is suitable for use in the oil heater, in particular.
