<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly manufacture a lost form pattern by preventing the interference with a processing work at the time of manufacturing the lost form pattern by a simple method. <P>SOLUTION: In a design shape data acquiring process S1, three-dimensional design shape data are acquired, and the CL data of a tool are automatically prepared by a CL preparing process S3 based on the three-dimensional data. In a tool relation data acquiring process S5, data associated with the dimensions of the tool are acquired, and in a processing work dimension acquiring process S7, the data of the processing work dimensions are acquired. In an interference check process S9, the CL data are compared with the tool data and the processing work dimension data, and the presence/absence of the interference of the tool or the like with a workpiece is checked, and when any interference is present, whether or not the interference occurs at any unnecessary shape part is judged in an unnecessary shape judging process S11, and when it is judged that the interference occurs in the unnecessary shape part, new CL for preventing the interference is automatically prepared by an interference preventing CL preparing process S13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
