PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively make the best use of vehicle information collected by an information center 9 to provide new service.

SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 3 mounted on a vehicle 2, a central computer 4 provided in the information center 9, and a user terminal 5 are constituted to be communicated freely via the Internet 6. The vehicle information such as a number plate of the vehicle, a start point thereof and a destination thereof is collected in the central computer 4. The user executes virtual hitchhike using the user terminal 5, based on the vehicle information collected in the central computer 4.
