PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device with which a sheet-like information display material for displaying sales promotion information and other various kinds of information can simply be fitted to a shopping basket or a shopping card to be served for shopping in a variety of stores. SOLUTION: The device comprises the sheet-like information display material holding an information sheet displaying information in a see-through holding sheet, and a fitting tool for holding the edge of the inserted sheet-like information display material. The fitting tool is obtained by integrally forming, with synthetic resin, a substrate means and a closing plate means which hold the edge of the inserted sheet-like information display material from both sides and connecting them to be openable and closable in a mutually superposed position and a developed position via a thin hinge, and is provided with a fitting means capable of fitting the substrate means and the closing plate means in such a manner that they can be fitted and removed in a mutually superposed state.
