PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easy oil filling of a detachable tank of an oil heater or an oil fan heater without removing an inlet of the tank. SOLUTION: The inlet having an air vent connected to an air vent pipe reaching approximately a bottom portion is provided in the tank of the oil heater and an oil filling device with a built-in pump mechanism is mounted on a polyethylene bottle so that the oil filling to the tank is allowed only by setting the inlet on an oil outlet of the device. Thus, the need for removing a cover of the tank or reversing the tank is eliminated during oil filling. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
