PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential device which restrains lowering of supporting strength of a pinion shaft that supports a pinion, and improves lubricating performance between them. SOLUTION: The differential device 1 has a differential case 4, a pair of left and right drive shafts 6, a pair of left and right side gears 5 and pairs of the pinions 3 and the pinion shafts 2. The pinion shafts 2 are held on the differential case 4 by having a pinion support part 20 to support a pair of the pinions 3 free to rotate. Additionally, the pinion shafts 2 have inclined oil supply grooves 21 inclined against the axial direction of the pinion shafts 2 on an outer peripheral surface of the pinion support part 20.
