PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-developable photographic sensitive material having an IR absorbing layer which can be formed by a water-system coating and has high adhesiveness to a support and free of failures due to static electricity, such as defective transport. SOLUTION: In the heat-developable photographic sensitive material having an electrically conductive layer on at least one face of a polyester support and having an IR absorbing layer on the same side as the electrically conductive layer by way of the support or on the opposite side, it is characterized in that the IR absorbing layer is disposed by applying and drying an aqueous coating composition comprising a latex impregnated with an IR absorbing compound. The electrically conductive layer preferably contains tin oxide, vanadium pentoxide, smectite, a thiophene compound, a pyrrole compound, an aniline compound or carbon black. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
