PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radioactive ray image converting panel for reducing nonuniformity of a reading image, and a manufacturing method of the radioactive ray image converting panel. SOLUTION: This radioactive ray image converting panel has a stimulable phosphor plate composed of a stimulable phosphor sheet having a support and a stimulable phosphor layer in this order on a support tray, and a sealing film for sealing the whole stimulable phosphor sheet, and is characterized in that a warp of the support tray is 0.5 mm or less.
