PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a tank certainly even with application of disturbance vibrations. SOLUTION: A high pressure tank 11 in a cylindrical shape is pinched fast by a base 13 and a mount bar 15 to be attached to the base 13 rotatably through a rotary supporting shaft 17. A screw 19 fastened to a stationary flange 15c of the mount bar 15 is rotated by a servo motor 21 installed on the base 13. A controller 23 drives the servo motor 21 upon receiving sensing signals of a pressure sensor 25 installed at the gas inlet/outlet 11a of the high pressure tank 11. When the pressure in the tank 11 has risen, the screw 19 is loosened so that the mount bar 15 is moved in the direction going apart from the tank 11 so as to manage well with a diametric enlargement in association with a rise of the tank internal pressure. In the case the pressure has dropped oppositely, the screw 19 is tightened so as to move the mount bar 15 in the direction of being pressed to the tank 11, which allows working well with a diametric shrinkage in association with a drop of the tank internal pressure.
