PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolating device which prevent falling of an isolated structure by keeping the positional relation between the gravity center of the isolated structure and each of rollers at an earthquake, and supports the isolated structure for stable base-isolation. SOLUTION: A first roller 5 and a second roller 6 are loaded on recesses 4c and 3c of each rail from above a second rail 4 and a first rail 3, and the second rail and the first rail are arranged under the first roller and the second roller. Thus, a constant distance is kept to the installation points of each of the first roller and the second roller, and falling caused by an inertial force F acting on the gravity center G1 of the isolated structure can be prevented, and stable base-isolating performance can be provided.
