PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the cost of a fuel system as low as possible by performing the open loop control and/or the closed loop control of a component of a fuel system with high accuracy. SOLUTION: In order to estimate the temperature of the component of the fuel system, the sum is formed by addition of or the difference is formed by subtraction between at least two temperature components. One temperature component is acquired from the temperature of an internal combustion engine, and the other temperature component is acquired from the other quantity of state of the internal combustion engine.
