PURPOSE: An airtight container for aging and storing fermented food is provided to uniformly ferment and age the food in the container by turning the container over a specified period. CONSTITUTION: A container body(1) has an upper opened part and a lower opened part. A plurality of locking protrusions(11a) are formed at the outer circumference of the upper part and lower part of the body. An upper cover(2) has a plurality of locking wings(22a) having locking holes locked to the locking protrusions. A lower cover has a plurality of locking wings having locking holes locked to the locking protrusions. Packing insertion grooves are formed in the upper cover and the lower cover. Packings(3a) are inserted into the packing insertion grooves.
