PURPOSE: Provided is a bean sprout head cutter which cuts the head of bean sprouts rapidly and accurately by a regular water pressure, thereby reducing labor cost and workload. CONSTITUTION: A bean sprout head cutter is characterized by comprising a conveyor belt rotated by a driving motor, a plurality of transferring plates on the conveyor belt, a high pressure of pump motor with a nozzle, a bean sprout head stand, and a cutter rotated by a cutter driving motor.
