<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the distortion of an output signal without increasing power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: A differential amplifier circuit 101 is mainly composed of first and second transistors 1 and 2, the collector of the second transistor 2 is connected to the base of a third transistor 3 in a balanced amplifier circuit 102, and the collector of the first transistor 1 is connected to the base of a fourth transistor 4 respectively. On the other hand, a first DC bias power source VB1 is connected to the bases of fifth and sixth transistors 5 and 6, the output of the first transistor 1 is applied to the fifth transistor 5 and the output of the second transistor 2 is applied to the sixth transistor 6 by AC coupling respectively. Then, power to be handled by the first and second transistors 1 and 2 is distributed to the third to sixth transistors 3-6 and the distortion of the output signal is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
