PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment attaching base for which an equipment attaching plate to attach electric equipment is freely adjustable back and forth. SOLUTION: The equipment attaching plate 2 is vertically arranged between a pair of arm plates 1 where attaching holes 11 for attaching the equipment attaching plate are disposed at the front and back in two or more upper and lower stages and an attaching part 12 to a member to be attached is provided on a base end, and it is attached by a tightening material 3 to the attaching holes 11 so as to be freely positioned adjusted back and forth.
