PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state detector which has a photoconductive layer for generating electric charges when irradiated with recording light and a substrate having a thermal expansion coefficient different from that of the photoconductive layer, the layer and substrate being laminated, and which can prevent deformation or destruction caused by temperature change of the environment. SOLUTION: The solid-state detector includes a photoconductive layer 14 and a substrate 10 laminated thereon and having a thermal expansion coefficient smaller than that of the photoconductive layer 14. A deformation inhibition layer 16 having a thermal expansion coefficient smaller than that of the photoconductive layer 14 for inhibiting deformation of the photoconductive layer 14 and substrate 10 caused by thermal expansion is laminated on one side of the photoconductive layer opposed to the substrate 10.
